This automatic mechanical chronograph movement incorporates a number of technical innovations intended to increase its precision and power.

The dial is very clear, with the prominent one large center hand for the minutes and the two round scales for the hours, indicating the time in the two cities.

The left counter with arabic numerals and the right counter with roman numerals.

The objective was to draw the eye to several predetermined points.

The perfectly balanced movement that carries the Geneva Seal, like all other Cartier tourbillon, is the product of a close association between watchmakers and engineers.

The new in house, by Carole Forestier-Kasapi and her team, developed caliber 9456MC, is a manual wind movement.

Regulated by a flying tourbillon that is inspired by the capital C of Cartier.

Through the meticulously skeletonised dial, this perfectly symmetrical, individually numbered heart reveals a part of the subtle retrograde mechanism, which allows two fully synchronised but individually adjustable jumping hours to be displayed.
